I've been using the HDMI cable the second few weeks and now i want to switch to the composite audio/video cables(red, white, yellow). Do I have need of to go into the PS3 settings somewhere and revision this? If so, where? I ask this because when i hooked the PS3 up surrounded by my room, I wasn't able to receive a picture or sound.
Answers: You could conversion the signal to receive 480i settings through your display settings, or while setting up the PS3 to a different TV with different settings act a hard reset. You can achieve a hard reset by turning the PS3 on next to the back power switch, and afterwards hold the front reset button for about 10 second to reset it to default settings.
plug contained by the hdmi cable then after you do that step to display and press resolution and put manually don't click any other resolution but 480i then plug surrounded by the normal PS3 cable and you will be able to play your PS3 on your TV contained by your house.
