i bought my friends ps2 about 2 months ago and it have been working fine. I only borrowed God of War from another friend and for some reason it say disc read error. All my other games work fine. The game have absolutely no scratch on it and it worked at his house fine on his PS3. i need to play this winter sport.....i love it.
Answers: Same thing happen to me and i had to turn my ps2 into sony. That message is a broad error message for other mistakes in the system.
