I only lately bought a ps3 system and own no notion how to revolutionize its signal point...pls back?

okay so i bought a ps3 system 60gb and the linksys router thing is adjectives the downstairs at my parents room, which really i have no concept what its for... but it i can only recieve up to 30% percent signal from where on earth my room is located with my ps3, although i enjoy no problem using my labtop with the 30% , is near something I can buy to get better reception near my ps3, is there approaching some sort of device that i could buy that is compatible next to the ps3 that could give me better wireless reception? please oblige... thanx in mortgage


Answers:    either than a REALLY long ethernet cable that connects from your parents room to yours nearby isn't any BUT

you could always buy a better linksys router... a wireless router by the road (linksys) is to enable wi-fi throughout your intact house...

but it seems to me that you house is pretty big and the router is pretty far so i suggest you find a linksys wireless N-router or better that will probably do the trick....

that costs around over $100

The is another course using an Ethernet Network cable.... i am have trouble finding an example...

But you can buy these kinda power sockets you plug into your wall, 1 at your PS3 conclude and 1 next to the modem/router.... you plug the web cable into the wall socket.

It uses your houses power cables to transport data.... so it's similar to a long ethernet cable just running along your power.

If i can find a correlation to what i'm on about it'll expurgate this Answer.
