My XBox 360 Elite resets every time I cut my TV rotten. Help?

I have a 32'' Samsung LCD HDTV hooked up to my XBox 360 Elite via HDMI, at the 720p resolution. My problem is that every time I switch input sources, or turn bad my TV it completely resets my consol. I noticed this problem after the most recent XBox Live update. Is near a way to fix this? What could be cause it? Help, please. It's really freakin annoying.

It could be that when you are varying your inputs on your tv, the HDCP (High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection) protection scheme via the HDMI, could enjoy "broke". The Xbox 360 did not originally have HDMI, the rebooting of your 360 may hold been a rushed on "feature" to prevent facts being transmitted to an unencrypted device. Try using the component cable and see if the problem still exists. If so, I would contact Microsoft and Samsung to find a solution to your problem.
