All You PS2 Owners Come Here!!?

Ok well I get a brand new PS2 for Christmas and my @$$ hole little sister pulled a lead and it fell about a foot and a partly to a hard tile flooring. Well beside the PS2 there is this team game like next to multiple choice games on it so I put that in. And it said I have to have this close to, 8MG chip. Do you know if the PS2 is supposed to come with one of those? Cause I sure didn't see one.


Answers:    I own an older PS2, but I don't expect the newer PS2 comes with any memory cards as you mentioned. So, you would entail to purchase an 8MB memory card to save your personal settings and winter sport saves.

And if memory serves me right (pun intended), the certified memory cards for the U.S. only come in the 8MB size, which means they usually cost around $20 to $25 respectively at a retail store.

EDIT: Confirmed, the newer PS2 DOES NOT come near an included memory card just resembling the older ones... base on a quick looksy at:

The 8MG chip is the memory card. When you stick this surrounded by above the controller you can save your progress and games. It is not required but you won't know how to save your games.
