Is here a huge difference of spider man 3 on ps3 than spider man 3 on ps2??
Answers: I may not be the best being to answer this since I haven't played both versions, (and I've simply played the game on Xbox 360, which is exact to the PS3 version of the game) but as I grasp it, the PS2 and PS3 versions of the winter sport are actually reasonably different.
First, the games have different developers. Treyarch (the troop behind Spider-Man 2 on PS2) head up the PS3 version, while Vicarious Visions developed the PS2 book.
Differences that I know of include an underground sewer system in the PS3 edition that's not present within the PS2 version, and different mechanics for "Black Suit" Spider-Man. On the PS3 edition, Spider-Man goes black suit at the appropriate time for the story, and stays that process. But in the PS2 journal, when Spidey gets the black suit, you grasp to transform anytime you want, but only for a fixed time. The suit actually begin to take control of Spider-Man, and if you don't switch backbone within an alloted amount of time, Spider-Man "dies" from anyone consumed by the suit. If I remember correctly, you have to "fight" the suit for control near a timed button-pressing sequence, and the longer you stay in "black suit" mode, the more difficult the sequence is.
I'd suggest you do some more research until that time committing to either altered copy, although both got disastrous reviews (I can attest to how bad the Xbox 360/PS3 text turned out) so you may just want to skip them altogether.
i hold that game for ps2 but i play it on my ps3 so. . .
usually on games resembling that, it's pretty much going to be the same. when within are multi-platform games, or movie games like that, on the PS3, the graphics might be for a moment better.....but nothing drastic
