Xbox 360 Repair Question?

Hello

I have sent my Xbox 360 surrounded by for repair.

I live in England, UPS tracking website read aloud my Xbox has be 'returned to shipper' in Eastleigh, GB on 16th October.

However, when I check the status on the Xbox 360 website, it say, '# Repair Status: Waiting for Device at Service Center '.

It has said this since I sent my Xbox within for repair. It is now the 18th October today, 7.15pm.

Has anyone have any experience of how this system works? And what is the reason for the deferral on the website?

I have not contacted MS nonetheless, but I will do tomorrow if the site still claims to be waiting for my device to arrive.

Answers:    Have you checked the Tracking number? on UPS site.
I wouldn't really trust MS status. Its other a couple days behind and usally not correct. Just christen them and see what they say.
Hmm sounds approaching UPS is going to send it subsidise to you. Maybe incorrect address? it says that message on the xbox website because it is waiting to receive the system.
