My xbox 360 is acting out!?

Whenever I put halo 3 surrounded by I get the 3 rings of demise, when I put Gears of War in I capture the 3 red rings of death, when I put Viva Pinata I dont draw from the RROD, when I put it bioshock I dont get the RROD but it go on from there, WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?
