New xbox 360 ?
The console have been purchased in the region of 1 year ago ( maybe even longer than one year ), couple of weeks ago its cd drive died, i sent it stale to Microsoft and after 3 weeks got it posterior with a topical cd drive. I was close to wow, thats cool. Just after that, last dark i went to play some games and suddenly it started to build some grinding noises again from cd drive :(
Today i call microsoft again, and they said a UPS guy will come again, pick it up again, and i'll have it fixed within three weeks again.
My question is : i hold read and heard that the tentative xbox 360 premium machines which have be produced latest a month ago, they do not own these issues and microsoft have solved some problems that the elder machines have ( approaching the one i already have ) .
Is that true ? if i buy a brand alien xbox360 premium from shop, would that be any good impression ?

Answers: I actually reccomend buying one of the elder versions of the 360, i bought a used one purely for that and it has be working for so long now lacking any problems at all.
First of adjectives, the 360 has a DVD drive. Second of adjectives, when 360s are repaired, they use updated components. For example, the heatsink has be one of the major problems for the intial production run of the 360. Several 360 owners own reported that when they get their repaired unit back, the better heatsinks were installed to replace the dated defective units.
