How to pinch xbox 360 eyeshade shots?

i am currently on PGR4 and i am able to lug screen shots during the spectator sport. But am wondering how can i transfer these blind shots to my computer? i am on xbox live and also connected to the PC's media nub. p.s. I'm on Vista. thanks!

i know within PGR 3 there be a feature that permit you take pictures and upload to the website. im sure PGR 4 have a similliar feature.

once it's on their site, juts collect the picture to your computer. the quality's pretty alright and you get a big rez picture even if you're on a standard def tv.
only channel to do that is bring a video capture card

they are getting pretty obedient and cheap now
