Playstation 3 40GB or 60 GB ?

Can anyone tell me the positive aspect of a 60GB PS3 ? ie does a 40GB play Blue Ray movies etc ?

In other words, the 60GB interpretation is considered the "FULLY LOADED" version when compared to the 20GB, 40GB and 80GB version.
