Xbox 360 wireless nouns?

I bought the microsoft wireless g adapter

when trying to connect to my Linksys router it says NOT CONNECTED. Why is this? what do i enjoy to do?

Answers: Have you (read the insturctions) ad configured the adapter to work beside your wireless network's SSID and WEP/security etc.?
