Answers: all right I don't know about euro scart stuff. But this problem is usually cable related... Make blue to blue green to green etc...
oops surrounded by your case red to red washed out to yellow... Make sure the red is not going to audio..... Sorry if this is confusing I'm from the states
It could be your PS3 have an output that is too high-ranking for your TV. Your PS3 may be outputting a picture at 60Hz but your TV may only support up to 50Hz. If this is the travel case, try and find a way to coppers it
If problem is connection cable related:
If it is a composite AV nouns (splits into 3 different cables):
Make sure the white plug goes to the white socket
Yellow to wan and
Red to red
If you are using Euro AV Scart Lead, it's hard to articulate if your PS3 or TV is the problem
