When I see a mouse, I click on my cat, tell her to hunt, and afterwards click "Give Treat" immediately after that, afterwards wait for her to hunt it down. When she brings me the mouse, my sim give her the treat, but she doesn't get any hunting skills. How do you fix that?

i freshly ask mine to hunt down mouse and pet him after that....
well what you can do is jump to the pet store there should be a trainer at hand just pay packet him to train your pet (to get money put up the cheat box e.g control+shift+c adjectives at the same time and right surrounded by one or the other (klapaucius or rosebud that will give you $1000) to close the cheat box right surrounded by exit. hope that helps.
