Call of Duty 4 for the XBOX 360?

I am thinking about getting it for Christmas.

I want to know:
-game speed compared to Halo 3
-highest skill even available in online play
-graphics
-if it is better than Halo 3
-if near is a leaderboards or stats stuff online (like Halo 3 does)
-if its worth buying
-if its better than Halo 3
-tips and tricks

It is even quicker than Halo 3
More Skill Levels
It is way more fun and pleasing than Halo3
Yes there are leaderboards but its harder to calibre up
100 percent better then circle of light 3 I have it for PS3. Game plays at 60 frames per second.
