Answers: I'm not sure of the ending one, but I know that in lay down to get the first two, you enjoy to unlock them in co-op profession mode. After unlocking them, you can play them in solo quickplay mode (but not solo career).
All of those are multiplayer merely songs. You have to unlock them through the co-op art.
