360 repair compensation?
Having a 360 from launch, I hold had to convey them 3 units hindmost...so far for repair.
A little tip.
If you have to convey your 360 in for repair *red ring of demise, etc, make sure you speak to a supervisor when you christen in to the 1-8OO-4MYXBOX number.
Let them know that you are an forlorn consumer and want to be compensated. Be polite, but insist..politely=)
They have a schedule of microsoft games *mainly older smaller number than stellar games=(. They will give you a choice of the spectator sport list or an accesory...wireless controller, etc.
I hace recieved 1 hobby and 2 wireless controllers with the 3 systems i enjoy had repaired.
I know its not much for the aggravation of individual without you system for 3-5 weeks, but it is something.
Remember, stick to your guns when speaking to the supervisor, but be polite and nice. You indeed do lock in more flies with honey than vinegar.

Answers: this happen to me once. the supervisor gave me an extra controller because 2 of the support agents get a tone/attitude with me.
