About 2 and a half/ 3 weeks ago, my xbox 360 broke due to the 3 red lights problem that many of the 360's tend to recieve. We'll, I merely got it posterior yesterday, and i recieved a letter proverb that my xbox 360 was a replacement section, and they totally replaced my xbox with a refurbished model instead of fixing mine to speed up the repair. I enjoy my new Halo 3 hobby for 1 day, until the refurbished xbox broke. AGAIN. 3 red lights. Last time they sent me a 1 month card for free xbox live. Does anyone know what they do if your system brakes down a second time within such a short time spell? I already contacted them and there sending me my shipment box.
Answers: You want to enclose a memo stating you either want a brand spanking new xbox 360 or some type of compensation for your troubles....
they will say sorry and maintain sending you defective equipment. cut your losses and choose a reliable system, not one they threw out there in need testing a moment ago to get a step on the competitor, you get what you reimburse for.
