Answers:    In my opinion the current best 5 are:
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Ninja Gaiden Sigma
Call of Duty 4
Resistance: Fall of Man
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune
Warhawk's also really upright (it's on dedicated servers so it never lags) but it's simply multiplayer and Folklore, Unreal Tournament 3, Motorstorm, Heavenly Sword, Ratchet and Clank and Assassin's Creed are pretty good too.
