GTA IV: Different Release Date?!?!?

I was looking for the exact release date for GTA4 and everywhere seem to have different release date. Here are the different release dates I've run into:
Amazon.com: 4/30/08
Bestbuy: 3/3/08
Gamestop: 4/1/08

which is one is the actual release date because i'm trying to reserve a copy of the game. conceivably the limited edition? appreciation. i live in the US by the style.


Answers:    Rockstar stated that they would release the game between February and April of 2008. Since they missed here first deadline, people are somewhat pessimistic, and guessing it will be released closer to April (if not later).

Basically they are simply ball-parking it because no one really know. The game would enjoy to be fully completed and pressed on discs to know the exact date of release. For now they only give a time frame.
contact rockstar games and ask why they hold different dates and ask the unadulterated release date.
