Answers:    First the game producers would be the ones to sue....Considering the music industries huge settlement against the lastest being brought to court for pirated music I would think that soon the spectator sport companies would include in their license aggreements next to Microsoft and sony that those companies help them find relatives with modded machines and what games they try to play online... Microsoft does bann modded 360s from ever going onto xboxlive so really it's not worth the risk to enjoy a modded 360 and play pirated games.
