Answers: Does the tray look resembling it's in the PS2 adjectives the way correctly? If so, it's probably not. The same piece happened to me a while ago. All I have to do was push the tray within some more(use some force). I can't remember if it made a popping sound, but you will know when you enjoy successfully pushed it in correctly. I promise you, it will work.
newly push the cd player in and try to acquire it out. like try pipe side ways or just clear up ya machine if you required to. or use a screw driver. or just preserve pressing the open button until u achieve tired
