Answers: First sour, why would you want to do that? Keyboard-Mouse is the far superior shooter control scheme, that's why I get Bioshock for the PC instead of the Xbox in the first place. But if your motionless set on the controller, here's the scoop:
If you hold wired Xbox controllers, all you own to do is plug the controller into your PC's USB slot and download the proper software. Yes you can my friend. Games that release on 360 and PC support the 360 controller for PC. Just put together sure you either enjoy the WIRED controller for the Xbox 360 to hook to your PC or the WIRELESS controller FOR PC to hook up to your rig. Make sure you update your drivers for the controller though as this usually makes a hugh difference.
