Answers: The problem is you get a refurbished Xbox back and the console serial number doesn't clash the same serial number as the one you used to first download the content. The individual way you can use the content you downloaded is to be connected to Xbox live and using equal profile that purchased it to begin near. (Other profiles will not have access to it) The just real course to fix it is to purchase it again, which is obviously not a honourable option. (If it is free content, next you will have to re-download it using another profile to set it to your console.) The purpose you never had an issue near it before is because you be always connected to Xbox live. Since you couldn't connect during the looking after period, in a minute you can't use it. Many many nation with repaired xboxs are going to realize this very soon.
What you do now, is beckon 1-8OO-4MY-XBOX, and explain that since you got the repaired XBOX wager on you cannot use your downloaded items.
