I dont own an HDTV and am thinking just about buying a PS3. Will the PS3 still look righteous and work on a regular TV?

Also if you have wireless internet, do you requirement to buy anything to hook up PS3 to internet?


Answers:    The PS3 has in-built Wi-Fi so you'll be capable of hook up the Internet no worries.

The PS3 looks ok on a normal TV, if you haven't see it on a HDTV then you should be fine.... i could never run back after own 1080p via the HDMI, looks so sexy.
The first answerer may be right about seeing the PS3 within action on an HDTV. I've never see it either, but I use a pretty aged TV, and the PS3 still looks better than anything I've ever seen within video games before. It is for a while difficult to read some of the writing in some games, similar to when objectives come up on screen and stuff. I don't know if its the TV's bad habit, or if the game maker just made the font too small. But it's still fine as far as I'm concerned.
