Xbox 360 wireless adapter?

if i bought a xbox 360 wireless adapter could it pick up a connection from my motorola sb5101 cable/dsl modem

Answers: The Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter supports 802.11a, b and g standards. Your modem is not wireless, it have an ethernet port though so you can buy an 802.11g wireless router to plug into it and it will work fine.
