Answers: you mean a chipped one that plays copies? ebay. look for the ones next to the most games and they are generally chipped/modded wii's.
If you buy a alien Wii then dig out local adds surrounded by your area online or within free adds tabloid you shouldn't have any problem finding someone who can phone around your house and mod your Wii and you will probably get better customer support than from ebay.
