Ps3 not selling resourcefully adequate because of price?

Recent research studies suggest that the reason ps 3 is not selling unbelievably well is because of its price. At $499.99, plentiful people said they would not buy a ps3, might as in good health get a desktop or even a laptop for that price. Many reseachers read aloud the wii will continue to dominate surrounded by the year 2008. The only method for ps3 to start gaining momemtum is for sony to trim down its price, if they don't they will continue to lose business.
