I don;t achieve why ps3's don't enjoy a built surrounded by modem..... can some one back me?

Answers:    There are different types of modems. There is dial-up, DSL, cable, and wireless (not router). With all of these option, its best to let the user buy one themselves. Not everyone will own the ability to enjoy a DSL modem or a cable modem. Dial-up is out of the question, because its too slow. Wireless modems, the brand that directly connect to your ISP (internet service provider) are also out of the question, as they comparable to dial-up speeds.

You own two options, buy a wired modem or achieve a router (which has to be connected to a wired modem).
PS3s do hold the built-in Wifi.
