Wii Internet?

I tried to connect my nintendo wii to the internet using a usb cord
i plugged one side of the usb cord into the wii and one into my active modem
The Connection Doesn't work why is this?


Answers:    I recommend you buy a Wireless router for your modem. A "Lynksys Wireless G router" costs around $59 from Best Buy, but you can normally find them on sale for $49 or even $39, check your sale flyers.

Otherwise, you can buy a Lan Adapter for your Wii to hook it via a wired ethernet connection. USB cords do not work!

If you do not know how to do this, I recommend you budge to your local Best Buy or Circuit City and talk to the store workers in the computer department. They will kind recommendations on the hardware and "stride you through" the process.
