Decently may be possible, but is hard. You can correct the steering reaction time. The slower the antipathy is, it takes time to turn to a full turn when you hit the knob, and when you let it jump, it slowly turns back to center position.

Change the steering sensitivity. Track like Austira and Monza may be better near higher sensitivity since the turns are mostly sharp turns, but Spain GP you may want better smoothness and for a time longer reaction time, newly so you won't turn too sharp too soon.
But still its not perfect, and short a little comfort with stability assisit, its frozen as hell. You may at least involve stability assist, and sometimes traction control.
