My xbox 360 sounds close to it is still on even when its bad.?

I know it isnt the fan, i disconnected the enthusiast and it still made the noise. and when i disconnected the power cord the boom went away? Please relieve!

Answers:    If you are using a play and charge cable, and the USB cable is plugged into the Xbox then the Xbox will verbs to run to charge the batteries surrounded by the controller. See if the light on the controller portion of the play and charge cable have an orange standard lamp, signaling it is charging.

Also, if you are downloading a demo or movie when you turn off the Xbox, the Xbox will still verbs to download even when turned off. (At a slower rate) You can turn rotten this feature by going to the following location on your Xbox 360 dashboard.
System blade / Console settings / Shutdown.
Maybe it is the fan inside of the xbox trying to cool it down after you shut it off so that it doesn't stay hot while the power is stale.
