He will speak about you where to find weapon masters surrounded by other major cities that will drill you certain guns. The hunter and pet trainers are to the north of the bank. With the untried find button on your mini map they are really easy to find. I suggest the Ravager Specimen surrounded by Azuremyst Isle. They get some powerful spells. Good Luck!
What union? What race? Weapon Masters are usually contained by big cities, just settle to the guards and ask them they will waypoint your minimap.
