when i was playing the headset connector snapped and rather piece is now stuck surrounded by the headphone jack of my xbox 360 controller...help!

this happen to me unfortunetly but unscrewing the controller is very precarious and can damage parts i simply used an arosol can of air to spray it up for almost half a second shook the controller and it come out of it.
