I just get an Xbox 360 for Christmas. I am wanting to connect to Xbox live but it won't let me. I hold it connected to a router using an ethernet cable. I did the Xbox live test and everything be fine except for the 'Xbox Live' which failed. What does this propose. Is there anything i can do? Any info is appreciated. Thanks surrounded by advance.

Reset your cable modem by unplugging the power source and removing the freestyle then hang about 20 seconds and put the freestyle back contained by and repower the modem.
