If you can't wait until the shutting of January, you are probably better off buying the full bundle, then catch another guitar when they become available and rebundle it and sell it.
I don't believe the guitars alone (i.e. minus the game) are available yet. I go to GameStop the other day and asked (that's within the USA by the way) and they said the guitars alone would not be available before Christmas.
