Transfering Music From My Laptop to Xbox 360....?
Big thanks contained by advanced
Answers: If you have Windows Media Player 11 (or the Zune software)(both are free downloads from Microsoft) you can share the music over the see to the Xbox 360..
First turn your Xbox on..
In Media Player go to the pulldown Library menu..Select Media Sharing.. a popup skylight comes up and it should have your Xbox detected within it.. check the 'Share my Media...' checkbox and make sure you click on your xbox and Authorize it..
Then on your Xbox jump to the Media blade.. select Music and Computer.. ignore the bit give or take a few downloading software (unless you don't have Media Player 11).. it should find your computer.. select your computer from the register.. and then you can browse to any music you hold in your medium player shared library..
Another option is if you hold a USB thumb drive or USB hard drive you can copy your music to that and next plug that into one of the Xbox 360's USB ports.. then from the medium source on the Xbox instead of 'Computer' select 'Portable Device' and you can browse to your music..
Also, if you just insert a disc it will start playing and you have an remedy to rip it to the Xbox..
I hope this helps..
i'm not 100% sure...i presume there's a way of plugging the usb contained by which should make it pretty simple x
