Answers:    Insert the USB drive into the Xbox 360's USB port..

Go to the Media blade on the dashboard.. you can access each medium type by selecting it here and after selecting removable device as the source..
You can access the MP3, WMV/H.264(MPEG4) and background - but you cannot copy it onto your Xbox 360's hard drive.

Just travel to the Media blade on your dashboard.
