I bought a PS3 today(1-18-08). I got it home plugged it surrounded by , then hooked it upi to my T.V, and my T.V BLEW UP. I tight-fisted smoke , sparks, and its dead. I be just wondering if anyone have heard of this in the past?

Answers:    I know what the problem was, it be an electrical outlet overload.

You probably plugged in the PS3 into alike wall outlet that your T.V. was plugged into and you probably didn't use a surge protector.

This have never happened to me up to that time, but I have see something similiar to what happened to you:

Several years ago, I be at my mom's office and she have a really big copier machine plugged into a wall outlet and within was one space vanished for something to be plugged in.

I get the paper shredder from down the antechamber and I plugged it into the same outlet that the copier be plugged into and when I plugged it in, I hear this noise and some smoke started coming from the composition shredder. The reason why it happen is because of an electrical outlet overload. There was too much power for one outlet to button at once.
I know
