New wii update?

Theres a new wii update a moment ago to let you know, the primary feature that caught my attention be the part roughly being competent to give VC games to friends as gifts, not sure what that way entirely so if you find anything out please add it here.

Regarding the gifting service:

1) This service is region/country locked.
2) You own 45 days from receipt to redeem your endowment.
3) When you send a bequest, your able to type a message to that party and they get to thank you upon account of the gift via the Shopping Channel
4) You'l know when you've received a offering as it arrives in your message board beside a ribbon tied round it...ahhh how nice

I know this because one of my friends kindly sent my the Metroid Preview Channel....how thoughtful..NOT! and near was me thinking is be a VC game LOL...

Its a shame around the country locking, I'd of expected Region locking but country locking takes the biscuit!
