it wasn't reading any disks at all when i sent it sour. so they're doing stuff with the disk drive I 'm guessing. will i find a new 360 if it be the disk drive problem, because i've heard that they sometimes convey you a new one, but that might only just be with RROD.
i also live almost a 45 minute drive from where i sent it to.
Answers: We get a new 360 after a similar problem. It took nearly a month, as this is apparently common so they hold lots to process.
I've heard from friends online up to a month.
