I'm 14 and I mow lawns, and on good months I make up to $400!
If that doesn't work for you, work at Chick-Fil-A when you turn 14 and get a mere $115* a month.
*I don't know how much they get paid there but my friend works there and he got 115 for his paycheck one month.
Most places won't hire until you are 16 because of child labor laws... I've heard of grocery stores hiring 15 year olds, but not 14. Have you thought of maybe babysitting? That's how I made my money when I was 14.

Well, if you live where it's hot and there's a big city park nearby...
Go to Costco or someplace and buy a 30-pack of bottled water for about $6. Then take the water to park and sell it for $1/bottle. If there's lots of runners and what-not, you should sell them all pretty quick.
Buy multiple cases if you want to stay longer and maximize the profit.
