I attempted to update my ps3 next to a flash driver and it does not authorize it. Help?



Answers:    Well, updating your PS3 with a flash drive is not as simple as simply copying the update on the drive, here is what you got to do.

Lastest journal today (1/17) is 2.10
Steps
On the root (first page when you open the drive) create a folder call PS3 (upper case), inside that folder create another one called UPDATE (upper baggage also) and inside that folder save the update, that course when you plug the drive into your PS3 it will immediately make out it, it will ask you if you want to install the update, very simple, prompt.
