If i mod my xbox and disconect the internet cord 2 play burned single player games will i still gain disqualified??

i want to mod my system to play free games but i also want to stay on xbox live to play my origional copys. i know i cant take backup online without getting vetoed but can i at least play the single player on them minus getting banned?

Answers:    Microsoft is competent to detect the hardware your xbox is using whenever you connect to xbox live so if you go on xbox live near using a modchip, (which i'm assuming your using to mod your xbox) you WILL get debarred.
but playing games offline is certainly not a problem, however you must switch sour your modchip before going online,
most modchips immediately allow you to start your xbox without turning the modchip on so your xbox appears as unmodded for when you do budge online.

If you are planning to upgrade your xbox's harddrive and have already be on xbox live, DONT. because when you first log onto xbox live microsoft links your xbox harddrive to your xbox so if you try and go on live near a different harddrive in your xbox you'll procure banned.
Probably, because something will put in the picture them you've got something surrounded by your Xbox 360 that shouldn't be there. Besides, it'll invalid your warranty, which I suggest you make the best use of, seeing as they own the RRoD problem.
