HELP ME!!PS3 is BROKEN!@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@...

every rtime i get within any game (disk, demo, what ever) its make a sound similar to a broken radio! i connect it to the LCD with HDMI cable and i tried on another LCD and still the nouns problom...thea sound problom is onlsdy within game, when i play music or video with ps3, everything is fine...and i tried to connect it beside AV cable and there is no problom! and i tried to vhange the HDMI cable settings to 480P and the hurrible nouns is gone! only when i do more consequently 720P with the HDMI i get this problom, here is a video of the problom

Answers:    From the limited info you've given it sounds resembling your TV is not HDCP compliant. Some early 1080p HDTV's be made with HDMI inputs beforehand the HDCP decoder became the industry standard.
What that method, basically, is that the 1080p output from games and blu-ray discs is encrypted, and have to be run through an HDCP decrypter by the TV to display properly. Goes for the sound, too.

If this is the shield, then your ps3 is not broken, you of late need and HDCP decrypter for your TV, or a different TV. Were you using the ps3 beside another HDTV? Could be why it stopped working in 1080p.

If it's too costly to draw from a HDCP decrypter or switch TV's, you may still be capable of 1080i since you can still do 720p.

A lot of empire wonder why the industry uses HDCP encryption for 1080p... the answer of course, is so they can pocket more of your money... that's life and the humour of monopolized technology
