Can i still Send the registration card of playstation underground?

I received this form that was bundled free beside my ps2 when i bought it back surrounded by 2001-2002. It says Join the playstaions underground
and receive a free issue of the offical U.S Playstation Magazine beside a playable demo disc included.

i tried registering online but it doesnt show the old ps2,instead its the slim and requires the shaft code

any ideas?

Answers:    you can send it but they are not at hand ...they wont print you up a fresh magazine (or an old one) but turn ahead

You should take a PS3. It comes with probably matching type of slip you got 7-8 years ago but does not mention any magazine or playable disc demo. But remember whip your time and don't just take a PS3 for just that.
