Answers:    As of now never. They haven't declared ps2 will ever hold any downloadable songs.

i suppose there might be some contained by the future but don't find your hopes up. The underground see is very busy at work working for custom songs for rock trimming ps3 & 360 at the moment so don't get your hopes up
