They are a Canadian based company that I use to introduction my PS3 games. I nearly ordered one for myself but my wife brought me a 60GB UK machine for my ending birthday.
The last activity I ordered from them was Virtua Fighter 5 contained by their Boxing day (wednesday 26th dec) public sale for lb9.99 and lb3.75 delivery and the activity was deliver to me on Monday 31st December...quicker than some UK companies!!

Think this is the same as the one I use to run my USA Gamecube.
Games will play from anywhere contained by the world on as PS3.

Why dont you only just go to the local shops and buy one.. do they even play uk games. you'd have need of a plug adapter. and then you gotta introduction it here. waste of time and stab!
