Xbox live frozen when trying to signup for xbox live can u sustain?

i have an xbox 360..every single time i try to sign up for xbox live it freezes roughly half instrument through and i cant do anything. please help im stuck and its really annoying thank you xx

Please check the cables and your framework connection. Are the devices that you are using (router, gateway or modem) compatible near xbox live? Is this the first time you encounter this problem? Is it only scheduled when you tried to sign up for an account?

Try to restart your console, the modem, and the router. Make sure that in that are no other devices that is hooked up to your router or modem such as your computer.
