A couple of PS3 question?
He told me that the PS3 uses way too much power and will put together your electric bill go up greatly.
He also told me that you aren't supposed to play blueray movies on the system because it is a game system and playing the movies will be paid the system break down on you much faster. His reason for explicitly because the blueray will constantly spin and make the system work harder than it is designed to because games don't constantly spin like a movie would.
I own never heard of those things past and it didn't stop me from buying the system but I just considered necessary to know if anyone has have these problems.

I enjoy left my PS3 on for days at a time and know race that have departed theres on for weeks! It's like any other electronic device if u move it on it will cause an increase contained by ur bill about 10 bucks a month for 6-10 hour use a morning if even.
The PS3 is the Best Blu-Ray on the market Hands Down!! Use it close to there's no tomorrow! It will not break that guys a dork! I watch blu-ray on mine adjectives the time hench the high number of hours it is on!!

ps3 is the most energy reorganized console out right now... even more so than the wii.
It take up a little smaller number power than a computer.

He sounds like an xbox aficionado trying to get you to not buy a playstation

Why would sony put a blueray player in and not permit you watch blueray

I've played Blu-Ray movies on my PS3 and I've never have such problems. The PS3 was designed to play Blu-Ray DVD's. Sony wouldn't have put Blu-Ray surrounded by the PS3 if it would cause problems.
Also, what that guy said is only stupid because PS3 games are on Blu-Ray DVD's, so there is no difference surrounded by playing Blu-Ray DVD movies and PS3 games because they both use Blu-Ray.
The PS3 doesn't use that much power. It probably uses just as much power as a laptop or small computer.
I could dance on a rant but i will spare you so i will surmise in short. The guy is an idiot who does not know what he is conversation about and is probably an Xbox fanboy who considered necessary you to buy that.
